  • What type of yard is needed for Yard Cards?
    Yard Cards can be installed in front yards only. Grass areas or landscaped areas ideally are the best place to set-up. Such areas should NOT be watered with 24-hours prior to installation. This will ensure the stakes will anchor easily and keep stability in place. Yard Cards can be installed on hard dirt areas, rocky grass or articifical turf for an additional fee of $30.00.
  • Where do you delivery?
    We service all of Orange County, California.
  • When you do delivery?
    For delivery, we will deliver and set-up your Yard Card between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (contigent upon on the time of year, weather, daylights savings time, and any unforseen medical conditions or accidents).
  • When do you pick-up?
    Letterrific's Yard Card Greetings stay in place for 24 hours unless it is no safe to do so. Additional Days: Friday through Sunday are no extra charge, unless it conflicts with another reservation with the same theme, or if it's no safe to do so. If it's a holiday or a 3-day weekend the rental can remain on display ONLY until Sunday by no later than 4:00 p.m. Request to extend your agreement rental time and date much be approved by Michelle.
  • How much does it cost?
    Full set-up options start at $250.00. This includes a 2-tier message with the name of the recipient, age and up to 15 flair details, 4 bouquets of balloons, and presents. What is a flair? What type of balloons? What are presents?
  • How do I pay you?
    You will receive an invoice from Letterrific for an initial $50.00 non-refundable deposit. The deposit amout will be applied towars your total balance of rental agreement.
  • Will the Yard Cards damage my lawn?
    No! The signs we use have small wire stakes. There will be no visible signs they were ever there!
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    We understand things happen, bad weather, change in plans. If you have to cancel, we require a minimum of a 48 hour cancellation.
